MACON IS NEW ORLEANS WITHOUT THE WATER
Take a look at New Orleans right now during a natural disaster, and you can picture Macon in a similar situation. On the one hand, there is Mayor Nagin telling everyone to come back to New Orleans and get this City going again. On the other hand, you have the Admiral put in charge of FEMA operations saying that the City is not ready with electricity and water demands to open again. See the similarities?
