This is what many members of the African American Community in Macon will be attending this coming October. Someone wrote a letter to View Points in the Macon Telegraph that was discusssing the fact that Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam, was targeting some churches in Macon to get groups to go to Washington DC for an anniversary march like the one that happened in 1995. I watched the Million Man March in 1995 on CSPAN, and this is when I first became alarmed about race relations in the United States. I am very, very concerned about Americans that are involved in this movement, as when one listens to Farrakhan he/she hears a man that blames the White man for everything that he perceives to be problems in our Country. What about personal responsibility and self-reliance? I am on alert when supposed Christian churches invite such a racist into their churches, and support this movement. You will read in this link that the Black Caucus in Congress has endorsed this March! Are we really a melting pot society in America or is this just a bunch of hogwash? I know the answer to this question, but do you? I changed to date on this August post, as it is timely with Mr. Farrakhan now saying the levy has a 25 ft crater, and was blown up by the whites to destroy black neighborhoods! And the Black Panter representative on Hannity and Colmes, just called Sean Hannity a "devil" on the interview tonight. I don't think this guy would like any white people, the way he was staring at the camera. Real scarry to me.
