U. S. Secretary of State, Condoleeza Rice, visited her home state of Alabama today and attended church and visited an evacuation center. When questioned about whether or not race played a factor in the evacuation of New Orleans, Ms. Rice said that was not the case whatsoever. All of us are Americans that are helping each other was the message from Ms. Rice.
